It all started in 2003 as a partnership between Teresa Natera and Lori Leland, with ideas for their new venture literally written out on a napkin at dinner one evening. A new kind of talent agency was launched...one that took to heart the desire of actors to be able to personally connect with their agent. One that changed the perception of a talent agent from that of an impatient and harsh negotiator to that of an enthusiastic and energetic problem solver. This new direction was embraced, and the agency continues to consistently meet the needs of not only the actors it represents, but also the casting directors, photographers, ad agencies, television networks, streaming services, and production companies who seek only the strongest talent options for their projects.
